Licensed to practise medicine in Spain · 14 years of experience
I help adults and families receive complete medical care in Spain, with clear explanations and no language barriers. Many concerns can be addressed during the first consultation and, when needed, I continue to follow you as your personal doctor.
Professional background
I graduated from the Paediatrics Faculty of Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University in Moscow in 2012, then completed specialist training in anaesthesiology and intensive care. I gained clinical experience in major Moscow hospitals, including paediatric wards and intensive care units.
After moving to Spain, I had my medical degree recognised and continued my training and professional work within the Spanish healthcare system. I have worked in primary and urgent care, in both public and private medicine. This means I know the Spanish system from the inside and can not only provide a consultation, but also help patients organise the next steps in their assessment and treatment.
The main areas of my practice today are general medicine for adults and children, prevention, and the management of chronic conditions. I also have a specific focus on overweight and obesity: assessing metabolic risk, diagnosing associated conditions and providing modern medical treatment when indicated.
I am a member of the Spanish Society of Primary Care Physicians, SEMERGEN, and regularly undertake further professional training, including in the care of patients with obesity.
My work is guided by current clinical recommendations and evidence-based medicine. At the same time, an individual approach matters to me: tests and treatment should not be prescribed automatically, but should reflect the individual patient, their condition, risks and lifestyle. If a problem requires another specialist, I will explain who to see and why, and help organise further follow-up.
